Sunday, August 21, 2016 - very good wine, particularly after an hour or two, the blend with syrah and cabernet gives the malbec more heft in body and taste, the alcohol overtook the fruit after four hours which I am not sure why that occurred. We had it with pork and roast beef sandwiches and the wine did well with the pork
