Tuesday, September 2, 2014 - Deep, dark red. Smell of smoked mesquite and cedar woods smothered in cherry. Major smoked notes of both woods and thick cherry syrup on the tongue. Long, delicious finish. Perfect with prosciutto and some thin sliced lomo.
