Wednesday, October 27, 2021 - Popped and poured. Light golden. Lemon, orange rind kiwi and minerals comes through. The palate has good acidity, is nicely balanced and still retains good freshness. Overall this is in quite good shape given it’s age but I would probably drink it over the next few years.
