Tuesday, December 21, 2021 - From glass. High, mature nose of rhubarb and "older-ladies' fruit perfume" (I'm sure that made sense to me at the time I was smelling this), some smokey notes. Palate: surprisingly fresh and clean. Browned red fruit, some caramel sweets, but long, savory, astringency dominant. Very nice, if not out of this world.
