Sunday, March 24, 2013 - 50/50 Chardonnay & Pinot Noir from Grand Cru vineyards

This manages to keep the rustic charm of the Brut Traditional & Brut Reserve whilst appearing more structured and grown up. Peach, butter and citrus on the nose. Medium bodied. Yeast, ripe apples, peach and pear on the palate. Moderate length.
