Sunday, April 18, 2010 - Decanted this wine for about 15 minutes. Inky black color, nice flavor, strong tannins that stood up to the Santa maria style TriTip. This could still enjoy some age, the tannins were very pronounced. I am not much of a syrah fan, but this did go well with the meat.
