Saturday, March 5, 2016 - Fantastic wine. Powerful nose of floral, delicate white tea, dried Meyer lemon, vanilla, sweet apricot, marzipan, and spices. Palate has bright acidity, sweet cream, ripe yellow fruit, sweet roasted almonds, a fresh roasted nuttiness, a slight smokiness, a savory herb component, and white pepper. Finish is long. Drink with bleu cheeses to bring out a deep sweetness.
