Friday, May 10, 2013 - I LOVE this wine. I enjoy it best slightly chilled, just below room temperature to allow more of the flavors to come through. It's maloactic and fruity....you'll get everything from butterscotch and creme brulee to pineapples and peaches. This wine turned me into an "unoaked" chard drinker. Great wine at a great price point.
