Saturday, August 26, 2023 - Would agree with notes below. A wonderful surprise, no citrus but full of sweet honey and pears. Almost Sauternes-like, this was a lot of fun to sip.
There was definitely a sense of complexity in this wine after 11 years in bottle. With Katie and Tim.
