Thursday, September 25, 2014 - PnP. Around cellar temperature. Light green-gold. Lovely nose of guava?, a little mint, more exotic than your typical SB. Bit racy on the palate with good acidity and some clear sweetness to the fruit. Consistently one of the most enjoyable SBs from California; lovely drink, if not at all profound.
