Saturday, November 13, 2021 - Beautiful nose of chamomile tea, guava, orange marmalade, lime curd, and wax. Medium bodied with big, round acid. Flavors include lime zest, pear, guava, kiwi, and mint. I love sauvignon blancs when they reach this stage of development. I'm not sure it's getting much better, but it's not nose diving either.
