Monday, February 16, 2015 - Deep slightly turbid ruby, one hour decant; tart strawberry and raspberry picking up subtle underbrush notes and then evolving towards a spicy medium tannic finish. Acidity pretty stout. Did not enjoy as much on second day where some green notes appeared. Needs only a little air up front.
