Friday, August 11, 2023 - I didn't expect too much from this as I bought it in 1987 and left it so long that I was afraid to open it. I decanted and drank it straightaway. It had a brick colour with a hint of brown, blackcurrant aromas and on the palate. I thought it would collapse quickly, but it improved over an hour. It was lovely wine enjoyed with rib-eye steak.
