Saturday, May 11, 2013 - A reddish hue with bluish edges, conveying a warm aroma of dark and red berried fruit. The wine is dry, medium bodied, with medium acidity and soft fine grained tannins. The taste is of dark red and black berries but also somewhat lacking in cleanliness. The length is good. This suffered in comparison with the Domaine des Roches Neuves Saumur-Champigny.
