Sunday, March 31, 2019 - Delicious. Continued improvement. Deep yellow in glass, nice weight on tongue, more body than before. Same flavor profile but richer, deeper and longer finish, hint of residual sugar akin to a chenin, that accentuates the fruit. Great acid/fruit balance, with clean finish. Lemon, herb, apricot, floral notes, bit of stone. Impressive in itself, and in development over last several years. Last bottle, but otherwise I'd be curious to try in a year to see how it evolves.
