Saturday, March 8, 2014 - Drank two bottles with different fills and profiles. Bottle 1: mushroom and truffle nose, nice acidity, a touch of carmel on the palate with mature raspberry. Mellow happiness. Yummy. Rated it 93 points.
Bottle 2: a bit funky at first but in a good way. Forest floor, moss. Developed into great depth and added weight, carmel nose with younger raspberry profile. Really good juice.
