Friday, April 1, 2016 - Opened and let sit a couple hours prior to tasting. 24k gold color, darker than I anticipated. Meyer lemon curd with a touch of oak(?) spice on the nose. Bright and full on the palate, with teeth coating acidity. This continues through on the long finish.
