Sunday, September 21, 2014 - Nose of red fruit and spice. The stems come through but not as pronounced as in the Bearwallow 2011. On the palate medium acidity with red fruit. Again the stems show but are definitely well integrated with the fruit and are not obtrusive. For my palate could have had a bit more ripeness but this seems to have been a cool vintage.
Late addition: Surprised it was a bit hot. Warmed up my chest a bit.
