Tuesday, January 28, 2020 - Aromas of violets, blackcurrants, raspberries, aged beef, dry undergrowth. Dark dry fruit on the palate with a salty acid base moving into a sweet savory acid finish. Lovely with lamb chops and roasted cauliflower.
