Friday, May 1, 2015 - Fruity nose. The flavour is moderately strong. Black fruit, slight leather, hint of vanilla bean, oak. Nice detectable but smooth tannins. Just a tiny bit strong for an Ashton Connecticut (light colour and flavour, smooth, vanilla) cigar, but still delicious. Might go better with a robusto. Will have some with steak later. $14 for a half bottle. Decent value.
