Saturday, December 10, 2016 - Served with roast leg of lamb, mushroom Israeli couscous. Opened 30 mins before dinner. Lovely red in glass. Crisp, clean, fresh red fruit--strawberry/cherry/cranberry tones, well balanced light tannin & acid, some mineral. Nose and palate opened up during meal, bringing more richness. Moderate length that also gained as time went on. Would definitely decant in future. Very nice with the food. Fine and enjoyable, with some pinot elegance too.
