Friday, April 4, 2014 - Enjoyable and consistent sparker.

Smooth flavors with apple, pear and moderate acidity. Tried many of their different sparklers at their vineyard and impressive wine cellars in Calistoga, and this is one of my favorites, even though it is one of their less expensive options.

Picking up several more - good QPR.
