Saturday, November 7, 2020 - Very solid. We like our bubbly with a little aged after disgorgement to give more concentrated taste. Acidity is present, but most would find it concentrated & bready vs refreshing, finish has slight bitterness to it, which we like. There's still life ahead depending on your palate.

Bought @ clearance 6 yrs ago locally for $35 tax in, vs current pricing of $70+ tax in. At at price, there's lots of choices including real champagne.
