Sunday, May 3, 2015 - This is my first oxidative style wine and it is very different! Kind of a walnutty nose followed on the palate by striking acidity, notes of walnut oil, grilled citrus and a medium to long finish. I much prefer Ganevat's non-oxidative style wines. This is definitely an acquired taste.
