90 Points

Saturday, October 8, 2022 - Appearance: medium garnet, a bit hazy.
Nose: medium+intensity; not much fruit upon opening. Aromas of wet leaves, prune, dry fig. After an hour bottle decanting, the wine starts spenning up. There is fennal, star anise, black pepper, rusted iron, savoury, clove, fully developed.
Palate: Dry, high acidity, med alcohol, med+ body, med+ tannins (powdery texture), med intensity, dark plum, savoury, rosemary, clove, med+ finish.
Good wine. Drinks now, not suitable for further ageing.
