Friday, February 23, 2024 - Aromas have slightly faded since I last tried this a few years ago. However, the color remains a vibrant red. After about one hour of air, on the palate, this is now really nice mature Burgundy. The fruit, tannins and acidity are all in good balance, and the finish is quite long but with a slight drying quality which tells me that this won't be this good for much longer. Drink up.
