Likes this wine:

Sunday, November 2, 2014 - Straw gold, bright, clear. Looks like it's got malo, some slight oxidation, but no, none of either. Starts slowly, with minerals and freshly cut apples. The palate, too, is waiting for this to warm up some. Light-medium bodied, very crisp, bone dry. As it warms toward room temp, notes of honey, ginseng tea, beeswax, lanolin, apple pie spice. The acids could be a bit much for some, but it's nicely in my wheelhouse. 13,5% abv., thru 2018. recommended

PnP, served non-blind.
