Monday, May 27, 2013 - Very pale salmon pink colour. Structured nose with hints of strawberries and rose. Good acidity. Mild but noticeable tannins. Light bodied. Tight palate with hints of red fruit with some citrus. Short length. We are not too sure about this wine - did not appear to work too well on its own. Will try the next bottle with food.
