Friday, July 17, 2015 - Dark Garnet in color. Red fruit, smoke, minerals and ? Bacon? On the nose. Red raspberry and some tartness in a an elegantly styled Pinot. Drank with a filet from Ruth's Chris. Well done. Will be fun to see how this does over the next few years. Young but drinking well now.
