Thursday, July 16, 2015 - A relatively new winery producing so-so wine. But I'm sure they will get better over time. But this Chambourcin was the best. At least of the dry wines. Just a hint of residual sugar which is really characteristic of this northern varietal and expected. I'd buy this one if I get back there. Give it a try.

Oh, by the way--it was awesome with coney dogs!!!
