Monday, October 24, 2016 - This has mellowed over time, and took some time to open up after opening -- about 30-60 minutes. As it aged the 75% neutral oak is more prevalent, which I did enjoy.
Drink this one quite cool -- it maintains the acidity, juiciness, and pop.
Stone fruit, spice, mineral; well balanced acidity and oak.
