Friday, January 10, 2014 - Vindredi (Bellevue, WA): Tasted blind. Huge nose. Cotton candy, fruit, and vanilla (almost like Caymus!). Big and full bodied, with raisins and spice. A touch syrupy. Definitely young and rough around the edges, this baby needs quite a bit of time.
