Monday, March 2, 2009 - Romanee St. Vivant Dinner at Sepia (Chicago IL): An opaque color. Intense aromatics of blue and black fruit with asian spice and a great toasty element. Rich on the palate with fantastic length and wonderful grip. Kept getting better and better of the course of an hour or so. An incredible wine that was way too young, but fun to try now.
