Sunday, February 1, 2015 - Enjoyed with friends over a mixed shellfish dinner side by side with Chablis. Typical of 2011 Oregon pinot noir in that it lighter colored but atypical otherwise. It has a lovely floral nose, medium body, very good cherry-strawberry fruit, a spicy long lasting finish where a little licorice hangs out and light tannins. Very satisfying both with the meal and without. At a perfect point in its window.
