Sunday, March 17, 2024 - Happy Bordeaux Sunday Dear Friends!

Very happy to report that is evolving as well as I was hoping 5 years ago.

👁️ is still pitch black with a minimal rim

👃 & 👄 tar, bacon fat, blackberry, mulberry, cedar, cigar box; great quality tannins which have a little bite at the end which I love for freshness paired with the fresh acidity, the finish is long and has some roasted hazelnuts.

Superb with the left over Risotto and Lamb. Suspect this is at apex for a while!

Decanted for 1h. Now - 2040
