Thursday, August 18, 2022 - App: Pale lemon with fine bubbles.
Nose: Med intensity, mineral, soda biscuit, lemon, green apple, melon, honey, developing.
Plate: Dry, high acidity, med+ intensity, biscuit, honey, lemon, med finish.
Overall, this is a good wine. Very elegant and refreshing.
