Saturday, July 2, 2011 - Showing currants, raspberries, smoked meats, dried flowers, fresh figs, graphite, cranberries, cherries, cocoa powder, tobacco/cigar box and fresh roasted coffee. The color was beautiful and the tannins and acidity were wonderfully balanced.
