Monday, December 8, 2014 - A nose of blackberry and graphite. Palate is covered with light-citrus sour cherries. Wild berries, cedar, beef blood, forrest soil and a tiny tertiary green note. Acidity and fine grainy tannins - this has not hit its peak at an age of 32. A Pauillac juice that is at the same level of many first growth Bordeaux wines.
