Sunday, April 19, 2015 - Big Bordeaux IX (Kevin's house): Slow-O for about 4 hours, decanted for 1 hour; drank 1+ glass over 3 hours. This was freeking amazing. A beautiful nose and a very impressive palate. This has every Bordeaux descriptor in it except barnyard.
