Saturday, May 4, 2013 - Tiny bubbles, deep amber color with some sediment
Intense floral notes, Jasmine tea, orange blossom, dry lemon zest, thyme, dark chocolate with raisins and nuts
High acidity typical of 1955. mineral notes, roasted nuts, grapefruit zest , lemon thyme, salty cashew nuts, coffee.
Even it has some oxidize notes but both nose and palate are so complex and such a long aftertaste. Half point better then 1969 Bollinger. 96+ points
