Saturday, April 14, 2007 - A great wine, but past its peak. Now darkish yellow in color. Apricot, dried fruit, apple and some citrus. Flint, butter scotch, nutmeg. Still drinking nicely but lacking the freshness and length it once had. A 2nd bottle opened was faulty, oxidized. Both were purchased from a retailer for which storage conditions could not be verified.
