Wednesday, March 14, 2018 - Clear, medium amber Color. Fully developed nose, a bit past peak, with Aromas of Speck, smoke, some Petrol, firn, botrytis, some fruit. Complex, but certainly way past its Peak.
Off-dry, medium acidity still perfectly integrated, low alcohol. On the palate again a Melange of smoked meat, some yellow fruit, Mineral notes, some herbs, cold black tea. Balanced, soft. Medium finish. Past Peak but still joyful to drink. 88-89
