Thursday, June 4, 2015 - Aromas of peaches, lime and tangerine. The flavors match but with more of a citrus element. Dry with a pleasant minerality and medium acidity. I'd love to taste this with a hint of sweetness but it's got a nice complexity as is. I'll drink my other bottle after it's got a few more years of age to compare.
