Thursday, August 6, 2020 - Coravin #1. Nose is all mushroom, earth and (good clean) funk. Low tannin Med high acid. All sweet raspberry on the front, but the mid palate and finish do leave you wanting more. Still delicious. Earth carries over to the palate too.
