Wednesday, April 28, 2021 - Soft cherry, red plum, earth notes, gentle tannins - in all, very gracious, refined, correct. A versatile profile: equally in concert with sautéed soft shell crab and a steak au poivre. A pleasure to drink, and to recall doing so.

Certainly in a drinking window, but I don't believe it has more than another year before it fades.
