Thursday, May 16, 2013 - As high a mark as I normally give for rosé wines. Onion skin pale blush.
Wonderful catty red berry sherberty aromas. Grippy but refreshing hedge fruit-drop flavours, ripe and sour at the same time but with edgy elegance. Decent length and clean acidity.
Perfect accompaniment with plain grilled fish. Needs food.
