Sunday, July 3, 2011 - Deep dark center, dark red to brown rim, signs of age.
Smokey, malty, minty, blackberries, saddle soap, herby finish (rosemary, thyme), olives.
Smooth, glycerine, redcurrants, blackcurrants, low acidity and tannin, great length.
Excellent syrah, nose is reminiscent of a Tardieu-Laurent syrah but with a sweeter nose and body. Ready to drink now, won't last too much longer.
