Wednesday, January 8, 2014 - Clear ruby and garnet core - no orange at rim - youthful. Clean nose of red fruit with just a touch of smoke - later floral and earthy aromas arrive - still quite young. Smooth on the palate with balanced acidity. The finish is moderate in length. This wine is very much a baby but shows well for the future. Next bottle 3 years away when some development is showing.
