Saturday, December 31, 2022 - NYE 2022 bottle, Torrisi NYC. Slow ox for 4-6H before hand, Audouze method. Fantastic. some savory meat/bacon, mint, super clear wine - cork barely soaked at all - seems to have a long life ahead, so I think the drinking window here (ending 2020) is very far off. Likely has 10+ more years before any sort of decline. But seems to be drinking very well right now. we all loved it.
