Sunday, August 29, 2021 - Strawberry licorice on nose at first followed by tobacco leaves, raspberry, ash and earth. Pretty, light palate with some cherry, cassis and red currant. Drinks with such easy and grace.

p.s. roasted rack of pork with cauliflower purée and charred broccolini
